Some supervisors just over-work EVERYONE and don’t care how the employees feel. There are probably human rights violations going on. I really wouldn’t want to be at a medical facility that uses their services. There seemed to be a lot of issues with one manager that didn’t make sense because they don’t take into account all the aspects of the job and are just there because they want to keep complaining which makes the work environment very bad, I assume that’s what they want instead of actually getting the job done right and inspecting quality is just a joke, they do not care!! The mangers just want to write down numbers and will literally push you out of the way, step on your feet or bump you with a metal cage without saying anything after and clearly taking out his own anger issues on others and maybe doing this makes him look like he is managing something instead of not doing any work in front of his own bosses.
